Santa’s Return Policy

Did you know Santa has a return policy? That’s right! Santa and his elves are so committed to the happiness of children, there is a North Pole Christmas Gift Return Policy!
Here’s the deal. My sweet baby girl asked for and received Baby Butterscotch from Santa. Christmas morning was filled with squeals of delight and excitement! Baby girl LOVED Baby Butterscotch!
Recently, I noticed my baby girl and Butterscotch weren’t real tight. Long story short, baby girl thinks Butterscotch is adorable but just isn’t as much fun as she thought it would be. *sigh* I suggested that maybe we could write a letter to Santa asking for an exchange. Baby girl wanted no part of it.
I know my daughter. I know how much Santa spent on Baby Butterscotch. I knew I had to do something.
Necessity is the mother of invention, right? You can call me mom. Today, I created this North Pole Christmas Gift Return Policy. I printed one for each of my shorties, put them in envelopes addressed to my shorties from the North Pole, and placed them in our mailbox.
My shorties were SO excited and surprised to receive letters from the North Pole today! As soon as my daughter read it, there was a sigh of relief (hers), and she said “Mom, this is great! Now I know Santa won’t be disappointed.” I just KNEW that was the reason she didn’t want to ask for an exchange when I mentioned it.
Here’s a belated Christmas gift from me to you! If you have a shorty with a return for the North Pole, here you go! Enjoy!
